Vantage User Experience Survey Lucky Draw Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage User Experience Survey Prize Draw Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion is available from 1 July 2026 to 30 July 2026 (23:59 UTC+8), both days inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to retail clients who meet the following criteria:
- Must have a live and active trading account with Vantage.
- Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.
- Participants must maintain an active and non-restricted account at the time of prize credit. Accounts under suspension, closure, or restriction at the time of prize credit will not be eligible to receive prizes.
4. Participation Requirements
To participate, clients must:
- Access the official Vantage survey via the designated survey link during the Promotion Period;
- Complete all required questions in the survey and submit successfully.
- Eligible clients may voluntarily indicate their interest in participating in a follow-up user research interview by selecting the relevant survey option.
- Providing contact information for interview purposes is entirely optional and is not required to enter the lucky draw or qualify for the Promotion.
- Submission of contact details does not guarantee selection for an interview. Selected participants may be contacted by Vantage separately after the survey closes.
5. Prize and Lucky Draw Structure
- Eligible clients who successfully complete and submit the survey during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) Prize Draw Ticket.
- At the end of the promotion period, a total of ten (10) winners will be selected at random by Vantage.
Cash Prize: USD 20 each; Quantity: 10 winners.
Additional Interview Appreciation Rewards
- Clients who are selected and successfully complete a follow-up interview may be eligible to receive an appreciation reward of USD 50, subject to Vantage's verification and eligibility requirements.
- The interview incentive is separate from the survey lucky draw and does not increase a participant's chances of winning the lucky draw prize.
- Vantage reserves the right to determine participant eligibility for the interview incentive and may withhold payment in cases of fraud, abuse, duplicate participation, or provision of inaccurate information.
- At the end of the promotion, the cash prize will be credited to eligible winners' live trading account within fifteen (15) business days.
6. Disqualification
Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates any of the Terms;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Engages in any form of manipulation, fraud, or Survey abuse related to the Promotion or survey system.
7. Modification and Termination
Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. Vantage may also withhold or revoke prizes if a participant is found to have violated the Terms, or engaged in any form of manipulation, fraud, or abuse related to the Promotion or survey system. Updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.
8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Interview Contact Information
- Where a client voluntarily provides contact information (including but not limited to email address, WhatsApp number, Telegram ID, or other communication details), such information will be used solely for the purpose of arranging and conducting user research interviews and related communications.
- Contact information collected for interview purposes will not be used for marketing, promotional, or sales activities without the participant's separate consent.
- Vantage will process and store such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
11. Liability
Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage's liability shall not exceed the value of any prize(s), if awarded, arising from the Promotion.

DEFINITIONS
1. System Time refers to the date and time used by Vantage to determine the Promotion Period and submission deadlines.
2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.
3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.
4. Prize Draw Ticket refers to the entry given to Eligible Clients for the purpose of entering the Promotion's prize draw.
5. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.
6. Survey Abuse refers to any conduct that Vantage reasonably determines compromises the integrity of the Promotion, including providing false or misleading information, submitting multiple entries, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the survey system.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promotion applies only to clients with a valid, active Vantage live trading account.
2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage promotions unless otherwise specified.
3. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.
4. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion, including violations of these terms or applicable laws.
5. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
